Returns Policy

All string sets that need warranty work will needto be approved by our staff before any Return Authorization Number will be given out. All string sets that need warranty work will need to be sent back to Tall Tine Bowstrings for inspection. We will either replace or warranty work any piece that needs attention. All warranty work will be done at the cost of Tall Tine Bowstrings. String sets that need to be sent in for warranty work will but at the expense of the customer. Any return shipping will be fullfilled by Tall Tine Bowstrings. If you are not happy with any string sets or products from our store please contact us before returning product to us. We will warrant you a refund to you minus return shipping to us. Please call 507-530-8712

Shipping
Tall Tine Bowstrings can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found in detail by call our office at 507-530-8712 or email us at sales@glaciallakesarchery.com for a estimated quote. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Our mail shipping providor is United States Postal Service. Fedex and UPS are secondary choices that you can request to be used.
